Claire is an integrative therapist, trauma-informed mindfulness and yoga teacher, and somatic educator. Trained with leading experts in somatic trauma healing, she has guided individuals and groups to reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate lasting self-healing.

Your Step-by-Step Path to Self-Healing
Somatic Self Healing is a 10-week programme that gently guides you through 8 carefully designed modules (& two integration weeks) packed with nervous system education, body-based practices, and trauma-informed exercises. Drawing on somatic therapy techniques, trauma-informed mindfulness, breathwork, nervous system regulation, applied polyvagal theory and somatic parts work; each module builds on the last, giving you a clear, safe and structured path to discover your personal healing blueprint.
The three phases of Somatic Self Healing are grounded in the work of trauma healing experts Judith Herman (1992) and Janina Fisher (2017), whose three-phase models outline a safe and effective framework for trauma treatment: safety and stabilisation, processing, and integration.
