The Somatic Project - Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using The Somatic Project website (“the Site”), or by enrolling in or accessing any programmes, courses, or services offered by The Somatic Project (“the Programmes”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer

The Somatic Project provides programmes, including Somatic Self Healing, for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional, such as your doctor, therapist, or other licensed medical provider.

Engaging in somatic practices can bring awareness to sensations, emotions, and past experiences. If you have a history of trauma, mental health challenges, or medical conditions, please proceed with care and seek professional support if needed.

Participation in any Programme is voluntary, and by engaging with the content, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being.

The Somatic Project and its facilitators are not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects that may arise from participation.

If at any point you feel overwhelmed or unwell, please pause and seek appropriate support. Always listen to your body and respect your personal limits.

2. Programme-Specific Refund Policy

For the Somatic Self Healing programme, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You must complete the first two video modules and at least 75% of the practices included in these modules within 14 days of enrollment.

  • To request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of enrollment.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you enrolled via a payment plan, only the first instalment will be refunded, the payment plan will be cancelled, and your course access revoked.

  • This guarantee applies only to full participation as outlined above. Partial completion, non-engagement, or failure to follow the steps will void the guarantee.

Refund policies for other products and services will be specified on the relevant sales page or checkout.

3. Access and Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, audio files, workbooks, guidesheets, written content, and other resources provided through The Somatic Project, are copyrighted and remain the property of The Somatic Project.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, share, publish, or sell any part of the materials in any form without prior written consent from The Somatic Project.

Any unauthorised use of the materials may result in termination of access and may constitute a violation of copyright law.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment options and prices for each programme or product are set out at checkout.

For Somatic Self Healing, payment options include:
(a) a one-time payment of £295, or
(b) a payment plan of three monthly instalments of £105 each.

For payment plans:

  • The first instalment will be processed immediately after checkout.

  • Subsequent instalments will be billed monthly on the same date.

  • If a payment fails, Kajabi will attempt to retake it up to four times over a three-week period. Access may be temporarily suspended during this time. If payment succeeds, access is reinstated; if payment fails after all attempts, access is revoked.

  • Lifetime access is granted only once all instalments have been successfully paid.

Refunds are available only as outlined in Section 2.

5. Email Support

As part of certain programmes, you may have access to email support.

  • Support is limited to educational and administrative guidance.

  • We do not provide individual therapeutic support, counselling, or medical advice via email.

  • If you are experiencing distress or require therapeutic or medical assistance, please seek support from a qualified professional.

  • We aim to respond to enquiries within 2 working days (Monday–Friday). Response times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

6. Drip-Fed Course Content

Some programmes, including Somatic Self Healing, are delivered on a drip-fed schedule:

  • Each module is released 7 days after the previous one, to guide you through in the recommended order.

  • Integration weeks are included (before Modules 4 and 7 in Somatic Self Healing). These are optional but encouraged, providing time to pause, catch up on practices, and integrate before moving on.

  • All 8 modules will be unlocked within 8 weeks of enrolment, but we recommend allowing 10 weeks to complete the programme at a steady pace.

  • If you are behind, do not worry — you have lifetime access and can move through at your own pace.

7. General Website Use

By using the Site, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or enrolling.

  • Not to share your login details or course access with others.

  • Not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, including spamming, hacking, or distributing harmful content.

  • Not to attempt to copy or extract source code, or interfere with the functionality of the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your own physical, mental, and emotional safety while engaging with any Programme.

Our content is designed to provide guidance and tools; it does not replace individualised therapy, medical care, or professional advice.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand the risks and agree to take personal responsibility for your participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Somatic Project, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any loss, injury, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in a Programme.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or materials.

10. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our Site or programmes may include links to third-party websites or resources. These are provided for your convenience, but The Somatic Project does not endorse or take responsibility for their content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Somatic Project, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, enrolment in a Programme, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site or Programmes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or enrolling in any Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the disclaimer, payment terms, refund policy, drip-fed delivery, and limitations of liability.
