If you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck in survival mode, you’re in the right place. I’ve been there too, and I know how overwhelming it can feel when your body and mind won’t switch off.
I’m Claire Sankey - an integrative therapist, trauma-informed mindfulness and yoga teacher, and somatic educator. Over the years I’ve trained with leading experts in somatic trauma healing and guided hundreds of individuals and groups through body-based practices that bring real relief and lasting change.
My work has taken me from speaking at conferences with domestic abuse survivors, charities, military personnel and medical professionals, to appearing on TV - but what matters most to me is sitting alongside people like you and helping them find a way back to safety, balance and resilience.
From this experience I developed The Somatic Self Healing Method - a step-by-step process rooted in nervous system science and compassionate somatic practice. It’s the same approach I’ve seen transform lives again and again.
